This was the first attempt at night photography to try and get the reflections of lights in Oriental bay on the water. I chose to have the stone slabs in the picture to have a contrast originally, but found that they made to be a good feature in the images.

I was attempting to use the bath house steam to create a silhouette of a person, but due to the lighting in the backgound and foreground the images came out like this.

I wanted to get a vibrant image of the Cuba Street Bucket Fountain as it is an iconic piece to wellington. I wanted at least one image of an iconic thing in Wellington while I live there.

I found this really cool sculpture in Oriental Bay and wanted to line the moon up in the middle of it. I found that the moon was too bright but it was still a really cool picture.

I was attempting to try a fading technique I read up on and this was the outcome. I thought it was quite crisp considering there was movement in the image.

This was my favourite image of the Night shoot. It is vibrant in colour and really shows how calm the water was that night. The lights from the city reflecting off the water was just a massive bonus for me.

I attempted to get wellington city and iots reflections off the warf and make it symmetrical. I enjoy looking at the blues and yellows in the image.
